Welcome to Pet Haven!
Third Year is the Charm for Pet Haven's Annual Fall Benefit!
By Claire Sychowski
On November 7th, members and supporters of Pet Haven came together on behalf of the millions of homeless and neglected dogs and cats in the United States to make a difference in their lives. For the third year in a row our third annual Pet Haven Fall Benefit sold out, raising close to $30,000 - all of which will go directly to helping homeless dogs and cats.

Our Mission
Pet Haven Inc. of Minnesota [a 501(c)(3) charitable organization], rescues and re-homes cats and dogs, spays and neuters to reduce overpopulation, promotes companion animal welfare, and advocates on behalf of companion animals.
Our Vision
Pet Haven Inc. of Minnesota’s vision is to be a rewarding place to volunteer, to find a quality home for each animal, to encourage a community of responsible companion animal guardians, to eliminate the community’s need to euthanize dogs and cats as a means of population control, and to encourage a society where they become more valued.
Our Values
- We are committed to creating a unity of purpose among all Pet Haven volunteers.
- We are committed to conducting ourselves in a professional manner and to treating each other and animals with respect.
- We are committed to Pet Haven’s foster home sheltering program and to no-kill companion animal rescue.
- We will keep faith with the public through efficient, cost-effective and compassionate stewardship of resources. We are mindful that our mission is accomplished through the generosity of others.
- We value input from volunteers, donors, members and adopters.
- We will promote and support educational and legislative efforts that forward our mission of rescue and quality foster care, spay/neuter initiatives, and responsible care of companion animals.
- Pet Haven is committed to working collaboratively with other animal welfare organizations for the betterment of companion animals.
